AUSTRALIA

All UK domestic orders are shipped using the British Post Office or DPD. You can track your order online and your parcel may require a signature for delivery. We recommend you provide a daytime address where someone can sign between 9am-5pm.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING CHARGES
All orders for domestic shipping are shipped free of charge. You may be requested to pay further shipping charges whereby you have requested a change in shipping address or delivery time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMES
All orders placed on weekdays will be processed the same business day and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Once dispatched, e-parcel provides Oscar & Ethel customers with a 2-3 day delivery service, however, please allow an additional 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Oscar & Ethel will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

OWNERSHIP & RISK 
Ownership and risk of damage of the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. We advise checking to ensure your package is intact when receiving your goods.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that address) is proof of delivery and fulfillment by Oscar & Ethel and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

INTERNATIONAL 
If you order your product to be shipped outside of the UK, we will charge £5 for the shipment. Please allow up to one week for delivery.
