RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM
Email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include in your email your customer order number, the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and why.
We will send you instructions on how to return your trousers and scarf to us.
Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card and will include shipping costs for items deemed faulty. Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Please note that we may not accept liability for the return shipments.
SALE REFUND POLICY
Any items purchased on sale are non-refundable.
We will provide you with a refund on full-priced items where the items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached, the items have not been worn, damaged, altered or washed, you notify us for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt, the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided, the items are faulty (unless caused by you), your items received are different to the goods you have ordered. We suggest that you try on all garments on receipt so that return can be fulfilled within our policy timeframe. We do not refund original shipping fees or your charitable donation to pet rescue. Please note we do not refund sale goods unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask that you consider your sale items carefully before making a purchase as we not accept returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
DONATION REFUND POLICY
We cannot offer any refund on the charitable portion of your item purchase, unless your item is faulty.
We do apologise for any inconvenience a faulty garment may cause and will refund at our discretion for any items deemed faulty. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
SALE EXCHANGE POLICY
Any items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.
You may exchange your garment for any item of your choice (subject to availability). Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Exchanges will only be accepted if the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached, the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed you notify us to exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange this if the order has not yet been shipped.
All pricing is made in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). All payments are billed in GBP. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any further charges in relation to this will be made by your bank.
